Our Content: All code, animations, graphics, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Inovant Solutions.
Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, the specific custom code developed for a client project is transferred to the client, while Inovant Solutions retains rights to proprietary libraries, foundational frameworks, and general coding methodologies used during the process.

Attempt to reverse engineer any proprietary tools or motion design sequences found on our platforms.

Quotes: All project estimates are valid for 30 days.
Milestones: Large-scale development projects are typically divided into milestones. Payment is required upon the successful completion of each phase.
Cancellations: Termination of a project must be submitted in writing. Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
Inovant Solutions strives for technical excellence and high-performance builds. However, we are not liable for:
Service interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers or API failures.
Loss of data or business profits resulting from the use or inability to use our software, unless caused by gross negligence.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the deployment of digital solutions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
